Tom, it's so cool how much you love your line of "work"! It's the best to work with someone who is so energetic, engaged and knowledgeable! Love how you strive, thrive and share!! The city is lucky to have you!! Beautiful video!

Tom, appreciate the walking tour and your detailed and informative narrative of B-Row...The average citizen or tourist would have absolutely no clue that residences such as those exist.

Thomas, thank you for the walk and talk in one of my favorite areas of town. When my daughter was going to Gabelli at Fordham. I was in the area quite a bit and have a ton of photos. 220 CPW is actually on my list to photograph my next trip back. i strangely like 432 the best for some bizarre reason, as I am more into older and mid century architecture. Best to you, big fan down here in Atlanta.

Tom, are you going to show what's inside the buildings? Exterior is cool, but interior is also soooo interesting! 😊 Thank you for your tours! 🙏

The only thing you don’t see on the “only bus” lane (starting from Bergdorf Goodman) is a bus. 😄 Only parking cars.

Amusing to look at, so many contrasts of good and bad to see in NYC.

432 Park Avenue would be perfect for a recluse. They'd never have to leave the premises with a private restaurant only for residents. I can't help but wonder... 1. What hours does the restaurant operate? 2. Does one need to make a reservation or can one just show up whenever they feel like it? 3. How many residents use the restaurant on a daily basis at any given time? 4. And since it's private does that mean one party or person can dine there alone and in seclusion? Or does it mean they might bump into a neighbor or two at random intervals? I find it fascinating!

1 King Street West Toronto ON Canada is only 32 feet wide at its widest point. It is a hotel, residences and retail structure.

why are there so many cars? you'd think a dense city such as NYC would start reducing car use within its city. The lifestyle of being that packed together isn't serviced very well by having so many facilities dedicated to car travel... Cars take up a LOT OF SPACE. and in NYC space is very premium.

IMO they need to strip down many roads to 1 single car lane, and build trams around the city, as well as bike paths like Amsterdam and Paris. I reckon many inner-city folks don't want to get around by car.
