We're going to look at the examples of hypergamy in the world and how it affects the lives of successful women. We'll also examine the ways that society conditions women to be hypergamous.

Brother, your content is priceless. I'm a "victim" of hypergamy, as my mother left my father for "a better option", only to find herself used and rejected. The result for me was growing up with an absent/alcoholic father and years of listening to my mother berating him and men in general. I was therefore raised via frankenchildhood: a combination of a frustrated single mother, the fatherly figures that were my first bosses (started to work at 15) and self education (trial and error and a shitload of mistakes). One thing that I remember very well, is how rarely adult men are willing to guide a male teenager who isn't their offspring or somewhat related to them. Girls, no problem, but boys are viewed as problematic and resource depleting for them. So boys raised by single mothers are usually lonely and often feel marginalized. I wish I had access to this kind of guidance and advice 30 years ago. Keep providing these pearls of wisdom... Pure gold.

This gentleman is spot-on accurate. I stumbled onto one of his video clips and was instantly hooked. He focuses on black men's relationships but I am white and his words apply to all races without exception. I am his age but I wish I'd had his wisdom years ago. I am self-employed and, like him, highly educated. My focus over the years has been dedication towards building my business, while always putting my family first. I am twice divorced, despite giving my 'all' to trying to make my exes happy, bending over backwards to be a good guy and give them everything. Basically, I was a simp and my wives decided they weren't 'happy' and dissolved our family, but never until they had their hands firmly grasping the 'next branch'. It mattered not at all to them that our children suffered the most and required counseling. Feminism is destroying the family structure in the West. Keep up the good work brother!

I remember having this conversation with a couple young women on separate occasions over 20 years ago. Neither could grasp the idea if a man is making 35k to 40k and she's making 60k, the collective amount is much more than what they are making by themselves.

They just kept talking about how they would be paying for everything. I had to explain to them, as long as he's financially responsible and not bringing huge amounts of debt into the relationship, there shouldn't be a problem. Just because you're making more, doesn't mean you're paying more towards the house, if both are being financially responsible and wise with how they spend.

As much as I tried to explain this, they didn't want to hear it. I was in my early 20's and I understood how flawed a woman's reasoning can be on some topics.
