Aap yha demonization krte h, hajaro schemes laate h, ek ek aadmi 100-100 rupaye jma krne bank branch aata h aur passbook up to date kitna load hota h ek employee pe ko jyada s jyada digitalize kriye, customer footfaal ko brancho me km baki jo log b kisi wjh s branch aa rhe h to cash deposit machine, atm, passbook printing machine sb self service k liye lgaiyee aur hr machine pe ek operator rozgar b bdhega, banks pe customers ka load bhi ghtega aur yhi time productive tarike s use b ho banks jaise sales p b thoda dhyan dena pdega iske liye aap third party agents bhi rkh skte unko targets institution agr sarkari h to uspe logo ka bharosha bdhta h aur sales b log pvt k comparison me aasani s kr payenge.

Banks ko service to Deni hi h poors ko pr ye ek businesses organization h to profit making b moto hona jis b gaao dehat aur ksbe me apne branches kholte h to aap apne alag alag banking products aur insurance products ko shi tarike s gaao dehat me pitch kriye, iske liye agents bnaiyee aur publically b banner tle products ka prachar krwaiyee, sbha lgaiyee, prchi baatiye aur sbse bdi baat jb b koi branch visit kre to ek do staffs bs unke assistance k liye rkhiye jo bahaut politely unse baat kre aur unko guide kre regarding their works...

Bina govt banks k rural India suffer is not the solution at all...

Banking in india is of two types-
1.Profit based(the way pvt.banks are working)
2.Mixed model(the way PSBs are working)
If the govt.is thinking from the capitalistic mindset then they could think of privastion.But, banking in india is somewhat welfare based too as these PSBs help in fulfilling various govt.initiatives like-
a.Financial inclusion of people by opening BSBDA accounts.
b.Providing bank branches in rural areas.
And various others tasks that i don't think a profit based organisation is supposed to do.And India being a country with a lot of poor people cannot afford it as it will widen the gap between rich and the poor which is detrimental for the holistic growth of our country.
