Sea Breeze 2013 Closing Ceremony

Exercise Sea Breeze 2013 comes to an end in Odessa, Ukraine after two weeks of various training and operational events. Co-hosted by the United States and the Ukraine navies, with 14 participating countries, Sea Breeze 13 is a combined air, land and maritime exercise designed to improve maritime safety, security and stability in the Black Sea. Captain James Aiken, Deputy Exercise Director, gives us his final remarks on the execution of 16th year of the exercise.
