The reason why this happens is nowadays men are doing this thing where they will drop money or "gifts" on the ground and they will coat them with a chemical. They will wait for a womem to pick it up then, when women touches it on their skin it causes a roofy sedative effect and it causes them to get dizzy, look drunk, faint or pass out.
This has happened in my town where I have lived just about a couple weeks ago. I found 7 acrylic nail kits just on the corner of the street and a truck kept following around that area and I took several pictures of it and once they noticed that I started taking pictures they sped off.
Do not pick up things on the ground and if you do make sure that you are wearing gloves that do not touch your skin go home and wash the items in the sink with dishsoap. Especially don't pick up money.

I know this is a performance but this happens in real life. When I was a young teen especially guys would stop their car right in front of the sidewalk and try to get me to come into their cars even at bus stops. Its scary af and from a young age you learn to appease a guys ego so he won't try and kidnap you. To all the comments making fun of this. Yeah its cheesy but ask any girl and this has happened to them atleast once in their life and sickeningly enough it happens typically when we are in our young teens from 12-15. But of course it continues on to our adulthood.

This is why drinking alcohol is not only injurious to health but also to life as well, i'm not really sure if that guy is trying to help her or trying to harm her but it's better to stay away from strangers especially when you can't even control yourself, so stop drinking and be safe
