I wish I had a basement. I’m in a condo and turned my second bedroom into my pantry. I look like a food hoarder. They’re going to find my cold dead body under bags of rice and cans of fruit

Everytime I see a prepper panty I feel like a kid who is entering the gates at Disneyland 😅

I have a 2 car garage. The door has not been opened in 15 years. All are preps are in there. It's real nice. Nobody knows what's in their. In the middle is my escape trailer. Fully equipped and ready to go. 5.5x10. I bought it new 7 years ago. It's never been outside since I bought it. 2 spares. You name it I bought it. Hope we never have to leave the house. But we are ready. No kids. This year I'm working on water. Have fun.

I used to think preppers were crazy until this year, I have started to prepare and I am still adding to it almost everyday. Great video.

You're the first prepper I've heard that said not to prep out of fear. Others may not come out and say that you should but the way they speak is meant to perpetuate fear. I appreciate you for not doing that. Good video. Great tips.

I’m a single female (51) and I can say I easily have everything in your prepper pantry and more. It’s a good feeling knowing when the stores are out of everything or they require passports to shop, I’m prepared. I also have a garden. I started prepping in 2015. ❤️ loved the tour. It’s always fun to see what others like to store up on.

Always keep a spare can opener in the storage room!

I don't know if it's already been mentioned, but in my experience it's best to take the rings off of the canning jars before storing them. Any little bits of moisture or food under the ring will rot and rust them, making them difficult to get off and often destroying them.
Even without the ring, the lids aren't going to pop off unless they didn't seal properly, in which case it's better to know sooner rather than later.
Gorgeous stockpile!!

Nice stockpile! I have one tip for you. I’ve heard this several times, and I work at a grocery store. You must keep bottled water off of the concrete floor. It was hard to tell from the angle, if they had something underneath them. The concrete will contaminate the water. It’s like same reason you can’t leave bottle water in a hot car or space, it will also contaminate the water.

If you're starting at a 72-hour supply, start at the dollar store! Lots of good options there, especially for the necessities. Rice and beans, baby! Plus it's a great place to stuck up on short-term supplies of health and hygiene items.

Nice supply of goods! Our basement looks very similar. Stocked and ready to face what may come. May God bless you and your family! We've always been prepared with extra goods, however, the current times we are living in have slightly ramped it up a notch or two. Thanks for sharing with everyone.

This is my first time on your channel. I've been prepping since 2019 and I add to my stockpile as often as I can afford to. I've been making and canning soups of many different kinds. Tonight I'm making and canning lentil soup and also Brunswick stew. Tomorrow night I'm making and canning 16 bean soup. Tomorrow I'm finishing putting my garden in. I live in Wisconsin. Thank you for putting this video together. It gives me ideas for my own pantry.

After going through COVID-19 lockdown for 2 months, and seeing food shortages, this just makes sense. Buy what you can as you go, don't hoard but stock up. Food, meds, hygene, cleaning stuff etc.

We color coded our containers to remind us if things are going to expire so they can be replaced. Green=Good, Yellow=borderline Red=Replace with new.
