wow...great video, amazing advice. Being in and out of this salt thing for three decades and owned an aquarium store in L.A. in 1995, I have seen the trends and know what is stable and real advice. Due to multiple back and foot surgeries I have been out of the hobby for a few years and am finally cycling a shallow (gonna be mixed) reef tank I built (29 x 9 x 9)....THIS is BY FAR the best channel I have found (along with BRS.tv) giving the real deal info, and I feel very blessed to have found it, thank you Abe.

Lighting is 60%+ for serious reef tanks, specially Acros! Well said!
Please make a video with all your Acros with their scientific names.
People need to see that stuff!
Things like the GFO starving the corals... it's all about the balance of the import/export of phosphates and minimizing the PO4 introduction with quality dry foods and less frozen foods, therefore using less GFO, for example. Thanks for taking the time!

The photo enhancing is a pet peeve of mine! My once-favourite online vendor now shamelessly manipulates his photos so much, I’ve pretty much lost all trust for him. Such great tips here - and readily implemented! As for patience, I’m thrilled that I finally have polyp extension on my acros! Excited over all I have to do is get the ones that have turned green, to redevelop their original always something...😁😁
