Can you BEAT Breath of the Wild using ONLY Gerudo Gear??

The Gerudo are one of longest running groups in the series, featuring their incredibly distinct militant style of outfits and weaponry. But just by using all of this gear without picking up any other type, is it possible to clear all divine beasts and beat the game? I really hope you all enjoy the run!! :)

I still remember being kinda disappointed that Urbosa's fury can't be used without a weapon

It would've been a neat detail if Link could just snap his fingers to use it like urbosa did especially because he literally does it when he first obtains it

Fun fact: This is the only challenge run where croton doesn't use the Gerudo Vai set as an example for "Mandatory armor" since it's obvious you can use that as much as you want anyways.

Challenge idea: korok only challenge
-only weapons that can be used are the forest dwellers set, korok leaves and sticks.
-the korok mask must be obtained, and be the only headgear used in the run (other than the geurudo veil)
-all Divine Beasts must be completed
-the korok forest must be accessed
-all side quests and shrine quests in korok forest must be completed
-and finally, you must help hestu get his maracas back.

My only pet peeve is that I kinda wish they had matching gear sets for the horses 😂. Like one based on each race/faction- a gerudo horse or sand seal set would be so cool

Idea for another themed challenge run: Hylian Military. You're only allowed to use sets like the the soldier's series and knight's series. I imagine this might be an easier challenge, but it's there.

Urbosa said that ganon was a gerudo, and something about that it would be more satisfying to defeat him herself, and she sortof tells link to use her ability.




She would be very happy with this run since her weapon was in the final blow.

I feel like a zora only or rito only run would be torture considering the weapons are rare and mediocre considering the gerudo weapons. A Goron only run would be relatively easy if you count the sledgehammers as goron weapons since they’re primarily made by and used by gorons for mining. Plus the Boulder breaker is an absolute beast of a weapon.

The name for the horse is actually really good, because “Arbeiter” means worker in German/ its the desert temple in Twilight Princess!

Fun fact you can actually skip one of the puzzles before you fight thunderblight, you need at least 2 charges of revali's gale to get over the wall, it doesn't have a roof over it so you're able to just bypass the whole thing

Zora: Mainly spears and all types of weapons
Gorons: Double-handed weapons + THE DRILLSHAFT
Gerudo: All types of weapons at your disposal
Rito: All types of weapons except for double-handed weapons
Koroks: Good luck killing Fireblight while constantly switching weapons and use mainly spears

Yiga: Good luck staying naked for the entire run
All weapons scattered everywhere
Royal Guard: Congrats cuz you'll need a near full inventory

Amazing video! For your next challenge I'd love to see an only-zora gear video. That one should be pretty challenging since not only are zora weapons (zora spear, silverscale spear, zora sword, and zora longsword) in relatively short supply, but also the zora armor set cannot be obtained through shops and must be acquired by either beating quests (zora greaves and armor) or finding it (zora helm).

I find it funny that you can’t use a horse in Gerudo town, but in Oot a feature of the Gerudo fortress was the horseback archery mini-game
