I see most of the soldiers of malaysia training there is no meaning of crying tired and tired.. training if the dead stay dead.. very strong and very heavy training

Long ago after my long route march, my whole piece of skin on the sole of my foot came off. Boots back then are very uncomfortable

yall dont know how tough this is. 160km in 32-35 degrees heat and 80% humidity is beyond hellish, not to mention their load they carry is around 10-20kg.
