Guys, I'm thinking of cutting my hair after four years of growing it. I was about to do it last year, but my gut feeling/intuition told me not to, so I never went through with it. Next weekend, I will consult with a stylist about what hairstyle will look good on me, and if I feel good about it, I might just do it.

I just stumbled upon Thelonghairs, as I‘ve been looking, for a confirmation that I can wait up to a year, until the next trim. I‘m 59 years old, and I guess my hair are approximately about the same length as Yours.
I‘ve GOT SOOOO FINE hair, that (my BIGGEST ISSUE) I‘m almost constantly confronted WITH THESE FRIGGING FLYAWAYS, in my mouth.
Even if I’m have them together in a ponytail, I still have this VERY UNPLEASANT problem, due to the fact, that some of the hair, are too short.
Maybe You‘ve heard about Chris, the Blowout-Professor (YouTube) who owns a Salon in Fort Myers Florida? I mentioned him, because I totally changed my hair routine, after watching some of his YouTube videos, that includes Leave-In-Conditioner, which is a very good product, but unable to get rid of these stubborn Flyaways in my mouth. It really SUCKS.
Can You please help me, with an advice maybe?

Honestly I would say don't overdo haircare.
My hair was at it's best when I did the bare minimum haircare.
I was almost never getting split ends, it's only after I started overcomplicating haircare and using million hair products that my hair was getting worse and worse.
