No you should not just upgrade for the features. None of these refinements are worth a $500-$600 resale/trade-in gap loss after using the 15 pro max for 1-year.

I’ve had a 12pro max for like 4 years. Just upgraded to the 15pro max. The battery life of the 16 would be sweet.

Had the 15 Pro and it only lasted until late afternoon. I got the 16 Pro Max and by the end of the day I have 30% battery without charging throughout the day

Considering how there’s a bunch of sensors in the 16 should make you reconsider other than it being a replica of the 15. The whole Apple Intelligence is too much. Too much of them surveilling what’s done or said. The whole facial recognition when the camera isn’t on all that. The 16 isn’t the move like that at all.

The new 16 pro max feels like a stop gap! It is definitely getting boring and apple should change the iPhone releases to something like once every two years… this “the fastest iPhone ever” every year is outdated now

I just wish we could get the brilliant colors on the pro models like they got on the standard models this year. That ultramarine blue is dope. I have the desert titanium and it looks pretty sharp, but that ultimate marine blue would absolutely pop on my new 16 Pro Max.

A little unimpressed by the sound isolating example they gave as it sounds a bit muffled. I wonder if this has any positive impact on concert recordings? I played around with the camera button in store and I quite like it but not sure if it’s enough to spend full price when 15 pm will start getting a price cut.
