I upgraded from the 14 Pro to the 16 Plus, and I’m really satisfied with the larger screen, improved battery life, and the lightweight feel—it’s just 199g, the same as the 16 Pro despite the size difference. The 120Hz vs. 60Hz refresh rate doesn’t bother me, even though I’m usually picky about that kind of thing.

I originally got a 16 pro but the battery life wasn't impressive at all. I returned it and just bought a 16 plus for the display size and the battery life, I don't think the extra $300 is worth it for 120 hz if I were to go for the pro max.

I had a Max model for the first time last year and have now gone back to the iPhone 16 Pro.
The iPhone 15 Pro Max was just too big for me. The iPhone 16 Pro is my sweet spot at 6.3 inches.
I also had the iPhone 16, but since my wife wanted it, I went for the Pro. I'm very happy with it so far.

i went from a 14 pro to a 16 plus and honestly, the 60hz does not bother me at all. did not take long for me to get used to, i don’t even think about it. for me, it’s just not important. i love my plus and it was the same price as the pro but i got double the storage, which i really needed.
