California DMV now letting people take driver’s knowledge test online

I suffer from social anxiety I knew all my life i was different until I tuned 19 that I got officially diagnosed with it & This is so perfect for me I’m 24 now & I’ve studied the questions for years & years I’ve gone to dmv multiple times to go test but I end up leaving as soon as I walk in or suffer an anxiety attack. Its too much. I know all the answer by heart & I’m pretty confident I’ll pass. This is really good for those that have SAD

Took my knowledge test at Freedom Driving School last year for $50 you get 2 tries it 40 answers and you can miss 8 on my second try I missed 6. Afterwards I practiced for the driving portion which was expensive but worth it I took my test on my birthday October 30th I was 31 I passed on my first try with a 82 two above a passing. Good luck new drivers

The test is monitored the whole time via web cam. The dmv will automatically stop the test and give you an automatic fail if the look down at any point during the test or if you switch tabs. You have to add a special extension that lets the dmv see everything you are doing while taking the test

I reside in New Jersey. I hope other states start to do this. I failed the knowledge test twice. The third time I took the knowledge test I passed with an 80%. I took the test at the DMV office. I got forty out of fifty questions correct barely passing. I am getting driving lessons and hope to pass my NJ road test. I can upgrade to a probationary auto license if I pass my road test. I failed my road test due to some anxiety I had but I am not giving up. I have a few more driving lessons and then I take the road test on Friday April 22nd at noon.

My deivers license is a limited term so it says that it cannot be renewed for 3 times since it wil be my second time to renew my license. But it is not a 5 year license but limited

Hi, is this for the sate of California ? omg please I need it for the conform of my home ! please ! I get 10 and 12 wrong because some questions are not what is like on the real test sometimes .

P.S. I am 68 yes old, I took the written drivers test at age 14 yes old to get my Learners Permit for my freshman year of high school . I PASSED IT 100% !!! Later I took the driving test and passed because on the farm I had been driving around since I was 13 yes old .

Last time I was at the DMV renewing my license there was an immigrant arguing with the DMV agent to just let them through because they failed the test too many times and could not pass to get their license. I’m sure this was just a one off but unless they use zoom technology or similar it’s gonna be worse.
