Can the BCM be tested to check that it's still good once removed from the vehicle?

Great video and informative. Much appreciated. I have several of these issues such as remote start and security module stuck in learn mode. I found some literature stating that symptom is a sign of a bad BCM. Ive also been having parasitic draw on my bayteries every since it stopped starting.
