Supreme Court to hear Biden administration immigration case

The nation's highest court is being asked to decide how much leeway a president has on policy that hasn't been specifically spelled out by Congress. CBS News' John Dickerson speaks with James Romoser, editor of SCOTUSblog, about the facts of this case.

Most of these undocumented, broke our laws when entering and were set free for their crime. Asylum seekers are not suppose to truck thru water, get taken into custody to then be released, with a pending court date, into the County. Asylum seekers can go to a border patrol station and apply for asylum. Does Canada just allow people to illegally cross their border and then give them a phone, a hotel room and a grocery card or allow them to just sleep on their streets? This administration needs to follow the laws currently in place until new laws are passed through Congress.
