A Supreme Court Justice needs to be selected based on their qualifications and NOT their gender and skin color. This is simply disgusting that the only 2 qualifications has nothing to do with a basis of how they would preform for our top court.

You cannot fight segregation by introducing more segregation. Should have considered all creeds and then selected the one they want if they were the most qualified. I would fully support a black woman, if she is the best candidate, not just because she happens to be the best black woman.
