I had a baby a little over a year ago and have been struggling to lose weight. Sleep has been totally lost on me. I had no idea tea could help with anxiety! That's one of my biggest problems with sleep because I suffer a lot from anxiety but do not want to take any pills. I'm gonna start having a chamomile or lavender tea after dinner and see how it goes. Would love more videos on natural remedies!
