This video is the 11,000 mile review of the Mitas E-07+ Enduro Trail Tyres, fitted to my Honda CB500X, and following a review at 10,000 miles.

A 60/40 (road/trail) dual sport tyre from Mitas was chosen for its apparent good road and trail manners, also being competitively priced.

I’ve decided to record the wear, along with my ongoing thoughts, throughout the life of the tyres and will do so every 1000 miles which at the end should provide a useful overview.

This video will provide a brief assessment of tyre wear and how they are performing and hope this will be useful to those looking at buying the Mitas E-07+ tyres and specifically fitted to the Honda CB500X

It is the final review.

Thanks for doing such an informative review. I prefer listening to people who have used things for at least a year. I’m happy to get the same.

Thanks for all the effort in keeping us updated. I've just fitted the same E-07+ on my 500X here in Africa, so let's see how they get on in our conditions. Keep up the great work. Regards from Cape Town.

Great video. After watching some of your updates on the Mitas EO-7+, I put a set on my 2014 KLR650. I enjoying them so far. Stock size rear tire is a little wide. but they work.

What size tyre did you put on your back wheel? My 2022 model has a 160/60 17 as standard but Mitas don’t make this size. Great videos😊

Thanks for another update. I've been riding with TKC80's for years and tbh with nothing like the mileage you are getting there. What I like about the TKC's though is I find it relatively easy to fit/change them myself, which in the field for me is a big deal, but not so sure that is the case with the E- 07's being a harder compound. Realise you have tubeless, but you still may have to remove them at some stage in the field. Atb Wayne

Good review thx i will certainly buy them. Just one question, what about the pressure i previously had the normal 07 they lost every two weeks some tire pressure. Kind regards Dennis

Great miles on those tyres easy on the pocket and so is the 500 cc on fuel I'd say so all round good stuff.

Thanks Andrew!
I’ve been following your reviews. Well, after a 6 month wait, my 22 cb500x finally arrived this November past and I have it kitted out the way I wanted. I’m looking forward to my first moto camp coming up in a couple if weeks. Your videos really have me tempted to purchase the Mitas e07+ tires but I figure I’d better run out the stock tires first. Thanks again for your reviews! Mitas ought to give you a free set someday for all of your efforts!
Best Regards,
Peter (from Boston)

Superb reviews as usual and love that you did the every 1000 miles. I am now seriously considering changing out the Dunlop tyres next year for these as they seem so good. What will you do on the new NX? Will you pop a set on do you think?

Great review thanks. Is the E07+ now called the Enduro Trail + or is that something else?? I've used the 50/50 original E07 on a CRF250 but never tried the plusses which seem perfect for the 500x

Hello, did you install 150/70-17 for the rear tire? I am not sure to find that info on your page

How do you get so many miles, my new 890 Ktm came with these and they are looking pretty worn at 2000 miles thats including 1000 miles running in a new bike, the rear may just see 3k and the front is starting to scallop on the tread . The old e07 i had before was much better on and off road and lasted much longer circa 4 k and it was a smoother ride
