What's your idea on doing UW first subject wise and then random after?

I Hear you about random mode but I’ve done it before and since I suffer from anxiety, doing that demotivated me and I stopped. Now, I’m back at the prep and looking to give step 1 in 5-6 months but my basics are still very weak. I’m trying my best. Would you still suggest I do Uworld random mode or do Uworld system wise as I complete system wise studying. please help
