As NEXT is implemented in India by NMC where NEXT 2 must be taken after 1 year of internship .
So, will it be possible to take break in internship to do electives?

2 how much time is required to apply to ecfmg certification in 1st year of my medical college?
3.so if I am starting my medical college in india in 2023 can I give usmle and do residency in usa without any problem?

Because I have heard people speaking about the changing wfme 2024 rule and no indian medical graduates could do their residency or practice in foreign usa, uk,Australia is that so?pls provide a detailed answer.

I finished my internship in November 2022... it's been 2 years of my graduation.. can I try for usmle? I've heard some times that it gets difficult to be able to get residency through usmle if the gap between mbbs and usmle is big.. is it actually like this??
