NextCloud / Android Contacts and Calendar Sync

Today we look at how to sync your NextCloud contacts and calendars with any Android phone. You will need Davx5 and depending on your phone, Simple Contacts / Simple Calendar. All these apps can be grabbed from F-Droid or the Play Store depending on your level of comfort with Google.

Great video, I just sent this to my mate since he'll find it useful. Btw, could you make a video about some of the top laptops out there that rival/comparable to current MacBook Pros, hardware speaking? As someone aiming to move away from Apple completely, I'd like to know your thoughts on laptops, which can use Linux, that I could use for work (work which includes, editing *many* pictures and videos). If you (or anyone reading this) could give some recommendations, it'd be much appreciated.

"it does not like to sync the contacts on the first try", I have found it also has issues in this regards with syncing files.... especially with large or many thousands of small files like a large library of pictures or GIFs... Next cloud syncing still can be hit and miss, and should not be considered if you only want syncing technology "syncthing" is great for this.

to make it easier to install apps on android around the play store, you can disable the play protect, this is made for noob users who do not know what they are doing....
