After so many years of struggling my backhand, and I try it yesterday only know why my backhand unable to generate power at all with just you video, I change my index finger to stop my racket over swing my wrist. Book the power straight out. I was so silly always make my index finger lower then my thumb for backhand. Thank you very much

The name of the channel is the key. Full swing, swing your racket. With good swing, it has good power. If u have explosive hand swing, but the racket doesnt swing u'll have no power. Swing racket to get momentum, then finish it with wrist&finger
