STEP by STEP GUIDE after being ROBBED in BENIDORM

I would like to thank everyone for their full support over the last few weeks since my unfortunate episode, some comment have referred to what happened after being robbed, so as a result I have made this video hopefully to explain the stressful aftermath. Please comment.

From the video I can see how that was easy pickings for the thieves, quick getaway, there should be warning notices. I'm so glad Lisa was your first port of call ❤️ The police and helpfulness don't often go hand in hand. Mate I admire you getting through this traumatic experience and sharing it so others can be mindful. I would probably cry and have a meltdown. People support you because you are a top guy. They must have been so quick and undoubtedly very experienced to “pick” your bag in the time it took you to get down those steps, Paul. Clearly these are “professional” thieves and there’s really nothing you could’ve done about it. Bless you. I’m just glad that you’ve been so kind as to use your awful experience to warn others. Yes Paul, it's the inconvenience, nevermind the expense followed by a bit of anger and 'self blame' thrown in there for good measure. As we said before, almost exact same happened to us but with more docs taken from both Italy and Spain. ONLY thing remaining was for us to get over it! Like yourself, "that's another thing" (quote Sophia Loren) we're still with you! Enjoy your next visit and we look forward to your next video Xx

What an absolute nightmare, its always my worst fear when travelling. I travel a lot around Asia and for backup i photostat all my documents passport, insurance etc then e mail them to myself and also store them on a memory stick just in case the worst should happen, and not forgetting making a note of important contact numbers should the phone be robbed or lost. Very good vlog, thanks, and safe travels to Tenerife.

Sorry you were robbed in Benidorm recently, someone tried to get in my bag but felt something wasn't right, she said sorry and ran off, have since purchased some Carabiner Zipper clips off Amazon, hopefully will do trick. Thanks enjoy your vids, keep up the good work 👍

Thanks for the heads up, Paul. I didn’t realise this was an area that thieves target. I know the area around the yellow brick road is supposed to be bad as it’s quite dark, and not many people walk down here. I’m glad you got everything sorted out with your passport in the end. I totally agree with you regarding having to travel all the way to Alicante, as it’s not as if it’s just up the road from Benidorm.

Having met you in Benidorm this year when you were doing a live broadcast, you're a nice guy that got robbed, and that could happen to any of us.A lot of hoops to jump through, but you're back doing what you do best, looking forward to your future travels. All the best from Glasgow .

Oh what a horrible experience Paul I'm just glad it's over now and you're ok.
All that hassle, time and money wasted.
I never take my passport out on holiday, it gets locked up in my suitcase in my apartment, I'd probably have a break down if I were to lose it or get it stolen.
Hope people see this as its a good reminder to be extra careful.
