They have so far nerfed Skarner 5 times in a row and he is still OP.

The most recent *adjustment* lowers his base and scaling HP so that he has less HP at all levels until 16-18, where he has 10 more than what was on live.

They need to adjust his damage ratios. Make his Q scale better with AD and not with HP, or make the AP ratios on his other abilities better so he can go a mixed damage build.
