I was having such a problem getting my camera to work properly. I was scouring the internet for solutions and even customer support was unsuccessful in solving my issue. I was getting incredibly frustrated and about to just give up until I came across your video. I followed along step by step and now my camera is working perfectly. I'm not sure which step was the one that resulted in the solution since some of the steps were the same as what other people mentioned, but following along your tutorial resulted in a flawless video output.
