Micronesia is not a " Federation of 4 different States". FSM is a Federation of 4 different States. Micronesia consist of FSM (Yap, Chuuk, Pohnpei, Kosrae), Marshall Islands, Nauru, Kiribati, Guam, Palau, Northern Mariana Islands.
