This is more helpful than pelvic PT I saw a couple years ago. Luckily just started with better one. Would be great if also covered more like postmenopausal changes and those without vaginal anatomy. Thanks for covering this.

What a sensational video!

The information and especially the cues have, without exaggeration, already improved my hip and my back somewhat. You regularly manage to find the topics that are highly relevant to me (and hopefully many others) and offer such high quality information on these topics. Thank you!

PS: Tim Keeley also has some great videos on this topic if you're thinking about a collabo. I've always loved the collabos because it gives an interesting perspective and a great vibe thats fun to watch.

Props for featuring vaginal anatomy! Incredible information here, and thank you Dr Carr for using modern inclusive language! It’s important to focus on the relevant conditions/anatomical features rather than aspects of a person that don’t necessarily coincide with the relevant features :) Huge respect to another healthcare provider who acknowledges and respects the variety in human bodies and experiences! Thank you for approaching healthcare with such deep compassion for others ★

Brilliant topic, ty! Re general exercise when pregnant, the best advice I ever got was to be able to talk. So, powerwalk with a friend, or play sport, but keep talking. If you lose your breath, you need to taper back. This works for all women at all fitness levels, because pro athletes will be having a chat at a higher intensity level, average fitness will be a lower level, and less fitness will punctuate their exercise session with breaks. We don't want to be shunting blood away from the uterus to skeletal muscles, at the same time as we absolutely need to get the benefits of exercise.

Interested in menopause belly, after 4 children too. Strengthen tighten core, TA, rectus, oblique, lower back. A diagram with written information, a person showing exercises to do. Perhaps discuss if core can be lazy? Asleep? Thus voluntary ignition needed?! Thx.
