In 2017, he was arrested and charged with the brutal m*rder of a 12-year-old girl called Yhoana Arteaga. He had a history of arrests and run-ins with the law, but nothing was half as bad as murder.

Now, he was under scrutiny, but nothing made any sense: there were no witnesses or evidence connecting the two.

It's not fair to say that the Tennessee police had a "guilty conscience" because clearly they were doing their job if they arrested him 100 times. It's the Judges and parole board that kept letting him go that should be ostracized, not the police!

I find it extremely odd that they waited weeks after she was killed to look into her phone conversations. And as a mother myself I would have been instantly suspicious and let the authorities know that she texted about him knocking on the door.

I really don’t understand why there is this type of evil in the world. Why, as an adult, would u do this or Anything at all to a child. I’m not a huge religious person but I truly hope and pray that murdered children have the highest places in Heaven. That was one of the major things I always took with me from growing up Lutheran. So senseless and evil!

This case is infuriating!! Why does our justice system continously release violent offenders?? They make all these laws that put non violent offenders in prison for life but violent offenders are released over and over again. This NEEDS to stop!! So many horrific crimes could've been avoided if violent criminals are kept in prison where they belong!!
