If ever the patient has impacted wisdom tooth but is not affecting you physically and it has not erupted still, will there be an effect after the braces are taken off, like having the teeth go back to its original form before braces? Hello sir! Iam having my bracers for 12 months. In my case, I don't have crowded teeth, they are just placed front and it needed to be pushed back. My dentist refuses to remove the premolars. I could feel some improvement. But I'm afraid that whether it will give the same results incase my premolars are removed? Now the question is, will it give the same results in both the cases(removing & without removing premolars) ? It would be helpful if u could answer this. Thanks in advance!
