Drink more water and your fine. High hematocrit is only a problem if your blood platelets are high too.

I have a question. What does recommend if you are trying to get more hydrated, but are on blood pressure meds so you pee all if that out, resulting in higher h/h, and higher blood pressure.

How do bodybuilders with massive doses of test and anabolics manage hermatocrit on a cycle? If replacement therapy elevates to the high norm i would assume, doses 3x or 4x that would greatly shoot up HH numbers

52 hematocrit is such an arbitrary number. Millions of people all over the world are above that (above 55 even). And iron isn't the only thing donations are depleting. Dr Neal Rouzier has debunked this "polycythemia" crap so many times.

In the UK (NHS) they don't use blood donations in an attempt to control haematocrit levels - they simply extend the time between testosterone injections.
I started with a 12 week interval, then they switched me to 16 weeks and now that my level has gone above 50% (0.5) they've changed me to 17 weeks.
Free testosterone level is still very low & I feel like shit but they won't increase it, or allow me to go back to 12 week intervals, due to my haematocrit level. 🤬
