Hi, I am trying to add in a N/A option at the end of the likert scale but there doesn't seem to be an option for adding that, is there a way that you know how to do this please?

What I want to know is what is the best way to analyze data on this way. I’ve got a scale from 1 to 9 and I don’t know how to interpret it :/. Tried a descriptive analysis but can’t really get to the point on what does it means regarding my data. Plz help

Wow, how did it change to the drop down arrows to the dots across. Mine does that but the dots does NOT go across.. I watched 5 times i saw the dots go across when he put the title in. That makes no sense...and I cannot get it to change

Is there an option where you can make those chosen number by the people taking the quiz in the scale into a Result? Like every number they choose in every question would add up and will result to its total?
