I would love to hear more about the recreational properties in the Laurentides. Specifically the areas north/west of Mont Tremblant. No one ever talks about this area…at least not that I’ve found.

Deux-montagnes, Ste-marthe-sur-le-lac is the place to go . With the REM coming in 2024 with access to Montreal downtown and airport, the low hanging fruits will fast be discoverded and picked . The price might go parabolic . Acces to the lac, all commodities, restaurants, schools, byke paths, Hight way, contry side, parks and beautiful homes on bucolic lots and hight quality of life, multicultural . Chances are you wont be able to effort a house in these neighbourhood 10 years from now . Should be on your radar .
