I remember arriving at the airport..I was the first arrival..they had an area roped off..I sat way on the other side of the room, as the area filled up the Sargent arrived and start harassing the recruits..for 45 minutes they had to sit at attention..I went to the bathroom and the vending machine..ate, napped, etc..finally the bus showed up.. I got up and joined the USMC recruits..the Sargent did a double take..he shouted at me, Why didn't you join the group when you arrived..I told him I came in first..and I didn't want to bunch up.. because my cousins told me never to bunch up..a grenade can take out the whole squad..he laffed and dragged my ass on the bus..he told his other Sargent..watch this one..he ain't stupid
