Command 1
Block type : Repeat
Condition : Unconditional
Redstone : Always Active
Command Input : execute @e[type=item]

Command #2
Block type : Chain
Condition : Conditional
Redstone : Always Active
Command Input : execute summon lightning_bolt
(Make sure you put 2+ Entities) Kill 1 and the other one will be struck by lightning

The faster way to do it:
First one is: execute @e[type=!player ~ ~ ~ Kill @e[type=item]
Second one is: execute @e[type=!player] ~ ~ ~ summon lightning_bolt

You could use armor stand if you need to kill to activate and hide the armor stand then tp in front of you repeat then summon the armor stand it will activate if you want to do it again if you kill the armor stand
