Ex husband or not it is always hard hearing bad news about someone you onced loved. My ex husband passed away in the military also married for 9 years after we divorced and it was a SHOCK. It still is… I feel for her. You got this honey and if your are comfortable around his family be there for them. You were a big part of his life. You got this honey
