How can the literal control of time be ranked lower than sparking some flames?

I believe the Time Power should be ranked at the top since
1. If you get hurt, you can reverse time and heal your wounds
2. If you forget answers for your exams, stop time and read the book!
3. If someone is trying to bully you, stop time, bring the principal, let the time go.
4. For example, if we ever have to fight one of the mentioned powers in thsi video, we can just reverse their lives to when they didn't have any power OR forward that person's time, making them quickly age and die of aging. But if its the immortal user, then both are technically immortal since user of Time can rewind time to when they were not wounded.
