If you need to introduce a powerful threat, the Living Tribunal is your go to guy. While plenty of the hard hitters get downplayed or nerfed for the plot, he's the Worf when the writers come around.

He’s the second most powerful entity within marvel. With the first being the one above all, because he is literally just the comic book creators incarnate, therefore he has the ability to do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, however he wants, infinitely.

Dont hesitate to correct me if i am wrong but isn't the Living Tribunale one if not the Only entity that existe simultaneously in every Universes? (Like there is only One but he can be in all universes at the same time)
