I'm a senior and consider myself fairly techie but after watching this I'm feeling so non-techie. Have a new laptop with outlook 365 and need to connect to google calendar, contacts, and calendar and have the "this computer only" issue eliminated/changed. How do I find out how much you would charge to fix this? Not a business, just a personal user. How do I get in touch with you? Have a similar problem on my desktop.

I can't believe I finally found someone that knows her stuff. :) I've completed the process however, after copying my computer only file into new test subfolder how do I remove the two subfolders underneath "new test"? I've only tried a million times. Thank you.

I am having the same issue here but I am not sure I understand fully. It looked like when you were done with the email part those folders still said (This Computer Only) still. So you created a back up which I get, but what did all this do besides just create a backup of your information? How does this help the (This Computer Only) thing?

I've been trying to fix my "this computer only" outlook calendar issues for a year now! This is so helpful! The only issue I am having is in my outlook when I try to add a calendar folder, I don't get the popup where I can select calendar items ... for me it just opens a text box under the inbox folder for me to name it. Any tips?

I use IMAP to connect to my primary mail account with Comcast/Xfinity. My email syncs on all three devices. How do I get my default Outlook calendar (associated with my Comcast email account) to sync on all three devices?

When I try to add a calendar folder, it won't let me create the folder as a calendar item. It automictically opens below the inbox folder asking me to name it. Any way around that?

Thanks for the video. I just had to jump back into the Microsoft ecosystem recently to integrate with a potential client's platform. I left MS behind over a decade ago. I was hoping that MS had improved its backend (and front end). But OMG it is even worse! We're going to pull out of the project. Its not worth dealing with all the MS headaches.

CTG, after creating these "backup" PST files, will all new emails and cal events always be active and saved? Or do I need to replicate this process often to keep data "live"?

Hi there, I have followed your system and created the same thing, however, I am slightly confused. Why was the business I used to work for able to get everything to sync via mobile phone, calendar and contacts and I have to back up all the time? Will it ever start syncing automatically?

Is there a way to get the "this computer only" calender synchronized to outlook calender on your android smartphone? I'm using Microsoft 365 Single. The only way I see is to move to MS 365 Business Standard, as that model provides you with Exchange.
