I feel like all this information is good, but I feel like the only thing you really need to do is working on yourself and your singing. Be consistent and your network will find you and people will come to you not vice versa.

So i decided to be a singer songwriter like 2 days ago, im not confident about my voice since I'm a young boy and I'm still developing and I'm not good at tones I tried singing doin time by lana del rey and no it was awful my tone was embarrassing that it makes me wish I was a girl somehow but its okay since I'm gonna train my voice(?) I'm still watching and the hardest thing for me is socializing, I don't like new people but ok ill try *NEW* now the hardest is the fan base that's bad I get embarresed with that *MORE NEWS* when should I start singing?like as I said I'm not even 15 yet I'm 13 but as I said again I'm developing so my voice is getting deeper I just wish that is not so deep not girly girly but not deep too
