Having studied one company which followed Kotters process: it works! What I like about this summary of this quite famous book by John Kotter is the insights that Ellen gives into each of the 8 steps. For example, step 1 - "create a sense of urgency" - Ellen doesn't say just "engage with hearts and minds" she says "Ignite hearts and minds".
