I can't get past step 2, it asks me to confirm my codes, I used the codes that were written on the orange card, it always asks me to confirm, I check if I wrote it correctly, but it really is the same, I don't understand why that is happen

i have a cd reader and everything, and i put in the disc, but i cant find my hatsune miku v4x file. (japanese voices) the english voicebank is there but idk where the japanese one is

Do you know how to update the piapro studio? It keeps saying “the newer version of vocaloid api is installed in the system. Please update piapro studio” but when i download the updater it says access denied 🥺

I downloaded Piapro Studio and installed Miku V4 English in my Mac. When I clicked on Piapro in Studio One, Miku is not showing up and nothing is clickable. Anyone can help?
