When you order wheels and/or tires there is a large process involved to get your order all mounted, balanced, and sent out to you! We took a trip down to our warehouse to show you exactly what happens the moment after you click to purchase your new set of wheels!

Just ordered my setup. Received an email that the wheels were back ordered. Called the customer service line and got on the phone with someone who helped me pick out comparable wheels that were not back ordered. Received my confirmation email and tracking information in a matter of hours. You guys made this whole process much easier than I expected it to be. You guys earned a lifelong customer.

Ordered on 11/30/20. Received 2/10/21. Long story short...Custom Offsets sent me 3 wheels with scratches. Those 3 they reimbursed me money. 4th wheel had major scratches, discolored paint and knicks that were touched up with a sharpie. Used a flashlight to check barrel of wheel. Called right away. Still waiting for replacement with false promises they will expedite shipping.. Today is 2/26. My lift install is scheduled 3/3. Huge headache. Your lucky if you have no issues.
