I got my wheels shipped to a buddy's house driver called asked about the road decided it be best to meet up at the Home Depot. Helped me unload them and everything awesome.

Ordered on 11/30/20. Received 2/10/21. Long story short...Custom Offsets sent me 3 wheels with scratches. Those 3 they reimbursed me money. 4th wheel had major scratches, discolored paint and knicks that were touched up with a sharpie. Used a flashlight to check barrel of wheel. Called right away. Still waiting for replacement with false promises they will expedite shipping.. Today is 2/26. My lift install is scheduled 3/3. Huge headache. Your lucky if you have no issues.

Just received my tires and wheels today, took 10 days all the way down here to Houston, Tx. Sent via TCC and handed to SMTL to deliver to my house. The delivery guy was super cool and overall it was such an easy process, all of which comes with tracking. Thanks Custom Offsets you guys are the best at what you do, packaging exactly as described. Guys buy from Custom Offset you wont regret it. Will submit my photo once I'm done with my build. Thanks you guys rock!!!

When mine came it was delayed and I was out of town on work, had them delivered to my mothers home the driver removed them from truck and put them in the garage while it was snowing. Made sure he got a big tip for being so helpful

If you are using your own pallets to ship? For customers who require liftgate.. Once you get a tracking #.. Please give specific information and make sure they do apply any changes in information and a suggestion to prevent future headaches in damage. Put in Big black marker Front and Back. 53' best to meet them in a large parking lot like Wal-Mart. Not supposed to go down residential with a 53 or any commercial truck other than a moving truck size.

Thanks for the info again! That’s great to know because I am actually a professional truck driver of almost 24 years. My neighborhood is gated and has small round abouts. Now I know to get in contact with my delivery driver to meet up where it’ll be convenient for him or her.

This is my second time waiting on wheels to come, however, this time is just one. I decided to order a spare. MAKE SURE TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE WHEELS AS YOU UNLOAD THEM! The a picture before, during, and AFTER you unwrap them and as you go along through the process. My wheels were damaged during shipping, or somewhere in the process. This was NOT custom offset/fitment industries fault! I was upset, very.. after waiting two weeks for my wheels. I called them, and they asked for pictures of the damage. These were ABSOLOUTELY A MUST or you are out of luck. CUSTOMER SERVICE was absoloutely AWESOME. Do not be afraid to speak up, because they have no problem making it right. Not one single person was rude to me or tried to not take responsibilities for it. Theres not a better company In the world, I promise you that. I was given several options to have my wheels replaced. I could send all 4 back, and they would pay for delivery fees and get me a set sent out ASAP while I would have a local shop swap the new undamaged wheels with the damaged ones then send the damaged wheels back to the company. A hassle, but they will make it right. I was also given the option of taking a discount on the wheels as the damage was on the inside of the wheel and I would get them at a cheaper price. Thats up to YOU depending on the damage. I decided to take a discount, and used the money to buy a spare wheel.. which is what I'm currently waiting on. This is such an awesome company, and I've never in my life received better service anywhere else. Just MAKE SURE to look for damage, and take pictures as thats what you are asked to do. If you FAIL TO DO SO thats ON YOU as stated in this video. Thanks a lot guys! Its been a pleasure.
