Is British Airways Premium Economy Worth it? - DFW to LHR on a A380 | Travel Vlog

Recently I flew from DFW to LHR in British Airways Premium Economy and this is my review of the experience. Have you flown Premium Economy on BA? What did you think?

Tiffany—Looking forward to your bag saga. It blows my mind that you say you’ve never lost a bag before. So it’s just me then? ;) Flying out of a commuter airport in the US I cannot tell you how many times a bag has been lost. To me it’s always a 50/50 chance. Even if it isn’t lost my bag is almost always battered and damaged. I swear it doubles as landing gear. I buy a new suitcase every year. I’ve always assumed it’s because it takes me several connections to just get out of the US, so any international flight is at least three planes before I board for Greece! Thereby increasing the odds of a problem. At any rate I recommend putting an Air Tag in your luggage. This way you’ll know where it is even when the airline doesn’t. I’ve heard Heathrow has been having issues. Good luck. I really hope you get it back. I know it’s just stuff, but it’s stuff with memories attached.

Ha! I arrived in Athens once, but my bag was nowhere to be found; they had no clue were it was. Turns out, my bag arrived, but this man took it thinking it was his. It took him a week to realize he had the wrong bag! Smh....

World Traveler Plus food service was once really good. Pre-pandemic. It may take some time to get back to the way things were.

We're taking BA PE from SEA to CDG. Our seats will be in the last row, so we don't have a window. And it's right next to the bathroom.

Premium economy is great on BA. I love the upstairs and the faster on boarding from various paths to get on the plane! I also heard BA flights to Athens have better fares and timing.

I also fly from DTW to an American airport then directly to Athens. Less chance of losing a bag.

Sorry about the bag. It has happened to me. Years ago my bag was lost but they delivered the next day to my home in Greece.

Regarding the dog, was it a German Shepherd or a Beagle. I know some airports switch to Beagles because they are not intimidating.

Did you have an AirTag in the bag? You would've known where your missing bag was if you had! Glad you made it back okay.

How is the LHR airport? Haven't been to London yet. 😏Seems like you lost some weight, keep it up! Back then I used to have no jet lag at all, China and US East Coast is a 12 hours difference, and I used to be able to just keep going with a fresh morning. I got many things to do in 2023, mainly getting a home in Athens and trying to find a job in Canada. What do you have in mind for this year?
