I just ate a whole block of cheese. It was delicious. I regret nothing!

As hard and aged cheeses have hardly any lactose in them, I find these cheeses extremely nutriotious and an essential part of my diet. I am doing a carnivore therapeutic - keto diet for neurological issues and it helps me stay in deep ketosis, above 3.5 mmol/l with a fasting glucose of 75 mg/dl! Gouda, Blue cheese, Cheddar, Camembert, Brie, Parmesan are a staple for me.

Hey Katie, first off; love your content!!! It is informative and relevant. I was on keto, struggling to get any decent results. I decided recently to go on the carnivore diet, and I immediately cut cheese out of my Instant results. I have more energy and my weight is going down. I feel motivated and excited. In the past, I done the Atkins diet and lost a lot of weight. But I went off it, and my weight went up slightly but never back to where I was. But over the past 15 years, I have tried, and tried again, to no avail. Now, I feel like I'm finally on the right path. As a side note, I hardly eat any other dairy. I never have milk, yoghurt, ice cream etc. But again, thank you for all your content. You cover so much, and you definitely have many loyal fans.

You know what I'm addicted to blue cheese. I take half a teaspoon of blue cheese and eat it together with one or two tablespoons of solid unsalted butter and it tastes so good.

I used mozzarella string cheese on my short list of things I let myself snack on whenever I wanted during my eating window... It was also a game changer for making chaffles and canned chicken pizza crust which are both delicious and helped transition from SAD... But eventually I just stopped buying it and started snacking on leftover ground beef and eggs instead which are just as delicious and simplifies my grocery list

Hi Kait! Great video once again! I try to limit my cheese intake to max 100g per day when I eat it. I prefer feta, from all the cheeses it interferes the least with my weight loss. Plus it is absolutely delicious! Stay safe and healthy during the corona pandemic! Greetings from Belgium, Europe

New subscriber as of today, thank you for this great information! I've been on Carnivore for three weeks but feel that I have hit a weight loss Plateau. I have been most likely too Liberal with cheese and dairy, and I think that I'm going to have to cut it out. I don't deal with lactose intolerance, but I do have a historically addictive personality. Thank you for the great content!

I do eat cheese on my carnivore diet. I’m in a maintenance level, so I consume cheddar, Gouda, Parmesan & once in a while cream cheese as a dessert. That said, also I use cream in my coffee & butter. I do this because my American European heritage can digest dairy products. Because of inflammation I cannot tolerate whole milk and ice cream on a daily basis or a lot of animal fat without digestive issues. I had to find a balance because I’m 73 and suffer severe rheumatoid arthritis with a 3% range of Sjogren’s. I’ve been on Methotrexate for 22 years. The carnivore diet saved me from the inflammation I suffered on a Whole Foods plant-based diet, which I miss. My heritage is Scotch, Irish, Cherokee, Austrian & Hungarian. I’m not aware of any more diversity, but would not rule out something from the Viking & Roman wanderers. DNA plays a big part of my genetics, and geographic exposure to diseases has affected my immune system since I was 5 years old. Everyone is unique, but I do believe that the carnivore way is the proper human diet. The rest is a smorgasbord of delightful foods that an individual has to way the pros & cons when indulging. Bon appetite! 🥩🥓🍗🧀🍤🎣

I eat aged sharp cheddar cheese. It is very filling and very satiating. I usually eat it when I get home from work before my one meal a day. It hasn't affected my weight loss. I enjoy my cheese. I buy the brand "Old Crock" from Australia. Good video by the way.

I use cheese as more of a condiment rather than a whole serving. Some kind of flavoring for plain meat (usually hamburger).

Definitely still aiming for fat loss, so I mostly avoid cheese...and I am also at risk for over consuming it. One angle I sometimes take is purchasing a somewhat high end full fat cottage cheese that comes in 5oz containers, which allows me to limit more easily what I consume at one meal. The brand I get only has 3 or 4 ingredients. I'm surprised how few brands are this simple. Most of the big names like Breakstone have a lot of added junk. It would make more sense for me to get large containers to save money, but I usually can't be trusted to not keep going back with that spoon. 🤣
