Ekster looks slick. Checked out the website, etc. if SHLL goes to the moon later this month then i'm treating myself to a new wallet. Excellent match up on Visa v MC. If i invest it would be in both. Split the difference why not.

Well done Nick! Your analysis was spot on IMO... While I've had full positions in both MA & V for about 5 years now, Visa is the clear favorite for me. I say this after years of MA outperformance substantially for me. It's not about what the stocks have done however, it's what I think they'll do long term and that's where I'm more comfortable with Visa. As you suggested, I think both make sense to invest in at the right price tho'.

With all that said, there are definite risks in both.
- Revenues tied to strength of consumer.
- The two participate in a worldwide oligopoly, which opens them up to potential onerous regulations.
- Politics could result in American run companies being shunned elsewhere.
- Data breaches.
- Future of electronic payments could be disrupted diminishing tollbooth business model.

Full disclosure - I continue to own all V shares purchased. I trimmed about 25% of my MA position over the last year or so, but only because it grew too outsized compared to where I rank it in my portfolio. Both sit inside my Top 10 holdings and I consider both positions full at this point.

Visa looks better, despite that it's probably best to invest in both. I would allocate 65/35 between Visa/MasterCard so if I had to put $100 into that space, I'd divide it $65 to Visa and $35 to MasterCard. GREAT video man.

Answer: Both! Visa because of Fintech acquisitions, MasterCard because of business partnerships. Personally, I invest in Square as well.

Something to consider. People don’t have money to pay their credit card bills in the pandemic. Also V has risen 2, 000% since $10 in 2009. Oil and Cannabis have a way better risk and reward ratio in my opinion.
