I used to use the diva cup - which I loved. But I switched to the salt cup regular size because I needed a new one & saw it held more fluid.
I absolutely love it! The only downside is when it first goes in, it’s a bit much, but once it’s in, you don’t feel it. The upside is I don’t leak, and it definitely holds more than the diva cup did on my heavy days. So glad I decided to switch and try this one! Love your product!

Hi, I was about to order saalt soft and I took the quiz but I am still not sure about the size. I am currently using small cup from another brand which is causing bladder pressure . The starts coming out whenever i use loo or toilet so I have to remove it everytime. and cup doesn't stay in the position gets slightly horizontal. I need to find the stem into vaginal lips(guess i am getting the organ correctly).but the same cup is comfortable on 3rd or 4th day with little bladder pressure. I still can't empty my bladder fully but better than first 2 days
I tried to check my cervix while on periods multiple times but unable to understand if I am reaching it or not. As I go in first I get like 2 doors sticked together opens gradually as I go further and then just comes empty way which doesnt end. Please help me to get my perfect saalt cup

Omg please help me. The thing is I just found out about this at my CVS store a month ago. I have several question I have read the manuals, googled, and can't find the answer. The link on the website led me here....

How many ml does the Regular size hold?

Also, I bought the R but it hurts so much to take out. And super uncomfortable even to stick it in. I have tried all techniques. I do pinch it and twirl as suggested but it still hurts. That large mouth literally made me sore down there. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I got a small and it is more comfortable but same issue taking it out even though way less pain.
