btw, I love your channel, it's so nice that you ladies do this for those of us without sisters or mothers to ask for advice.

This video has made me realise, as a 20 year old I know nothing about my body.
How do I know if I'm touching my cervix? What is a tilted uterus? How do you know if you have a tilted uterus? So many questions

This is great. I use the diva on my lighter days when my cervix is high and my Lena when its a bit lower. I can use the diva whenever but its a little more comfortable on my lighter days

What's the best position to be in when checking the length of your cervix? Should you stand, sit, or lay down? Or does that matter? Thanks so much for all your help!

I just don't get the diagrams being used - if we're measuring our own
cervical height, wouldn't our hands be cupping down over our pubic bone
with fingers being inserted knuckle down? The diagrams seem more
indicative of someone else feeling for the cervix. With that in mind,
doesn't it make it more difficult and skew the measurement somewhat?

Yep! I definitely have a high cervix, I can get my whole finger in there and not feel it!

Your videos are very helpful. I just started using the Lena cup and I really like it. Thank you for this video helps a lot when you know how high or low your cervix is.

I think I have a high cervix because I can’t feel anything that resembles the tip of my nose. BUT, is it possible my fingers are too short that it can’t reach the cervix? Haha

thanks for the tip! Turns out I have a really low cervix, which is why I can't push the cup any higher! (Even with the stem trimmed it's almost peeking out). Coolbies, good to know!

This was helpful! I also appreciate the chart, its making my cup decision easier. I'm leaning towards a medium cup or if possible try to get a twin pack where I can get both small and large cups since flow amounts vary by each day. So Lena/ Lynette/Ruby cups are on my list.

I want to switch to cup so bad because I'm so sick of using the pads they're so uncomfortable but I'm constantly scared of inserting it inside me😭

Your do it yourself videos inspired vaginal awareness, though I personally dislike sharing menstrual cups and sizing the correct cup sounds unpleasant. Though I currently am experiencing heavy cramps that cause notions of worrisome cup placement discomfort about the product.

Very important and interesting for all women who want to use a cup! I prefer the free bleeding but in some special moments I use a cup too. 🙏
