This workout requires ZERO equipment and will be focused on a little bit of everything including your abs! You are going to CRUSH IT!!! #HIITWorkout #HomeWorkout #HIITBURN

Workout Breakdown:
CIRCUIT #1:
20-seconds on, 10-second rest for two rounds!
1A) Alternating Reverse Lunges
1B) Squat to Squat Jumps
1C) Pushups
1D) Sit Throughs
CIRCUIT #2:
20-seconds on, 10-second rest for two rounds!
2A) Jumping Jacks
2B) Reach Forward Plank
2C) Flutter Kicks
2D) Run In Place
