A few weeks ago, I posted a fun little Tabata Challenge workout that everyone really seemed to enjoy! So today, I have another one for you to try: 8-Minute Tabata Challenge Workout!

This workout requires ZERO equipment and will be focused on a little bit of everything including your abs! You are going to CRUSH IT!!! #HIITWorkout #HomeWorkout #HIITBURN

Just your bodyweight!

Workout Breakdown:

CIRCUIT #1:
20-seconds on, 10-second rest for two rounds!

1A) Alternating Reverse Lunges
1B) Squat to Squat Jumps
1C) Pushups
1D) Sit Throughs

CIRCUIT #2:
20-seconds on, 10-second rest for two rounds!

2A) Jumping Jacks
2B) Reach Forward Plank
2C) Flutter Kicks
2D) Run In Place

Thank you!! I needed this. I’ve been in a slump for the last 6 weeks. My mother passed away 4 weeks ago today. I just can’t seem to get back into a routine. Hoping tonight was my breakthrough. Thank you for all your content and instruction on all your platforms.

Loooved that ! I actually loved every move those all all my go to's when I want to do a fast and furious workout that hits a lot of muscles with little to no equipment. Thank you so much I feel amazing 🤩💖🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
