Why was the social worker lying about Mayas mom? Why did she want to foster Maya? Why was she making Maya sit on her lap? Why did she want to see Maya naked? This social worker is a creep and should never be around young females. She should be investigated, fired and sued by Mayas’ family.

CRPS is truly devastating. I had a young patient who had this. Nobody wanted to “deal” with her she had a tough personality. But we got along. She trusted me, and I listened to what she had to say and gave her attention. When you’re in chronic pain for so long your brain starts to make you a little odd. Then people start treating you like you’re crazy, when in your mind you don’t perceive any difference in your behavior. We put a state of the art Bluetooth ultrasonic spinal stimulator in her neck and she was seeing some improvement. It’s just an all around awful condition

Years ago I worked in a hospital and we had a lab scientist that needed to be picked up with a wheelchair and taken to his car because he developed so much pain in his legs he could no longer walk long distances. He told me Docs could not find anything wrong. You cannot always see pain!

After watching the documentary on this horrendous case, my heart was completely broken. That hospital owes them every dollar they are being sued for. If only that cold hearted judge not letting her mother give her daughter a hug. That was the final straw that broke her. Not to mention the room care lady that ruined this family. Unbelievable. I pray that you don't suffer with this disease for the rest of your life. You're so strong to sit up there and tell your truth. ❤❤❤

This poor family. What they went through their lovely mother who they lost. How horrible im so confused how the people in charge of her case in this delusional hospital thought what they were doing was the right thing. They obviously didnt take them seriously and that is complete gross negligence

That is exactly what it feels like…I’ve had CRPS since 2010. I got it after my hip replacement failed. Mine has since moved to my entire right side. I’ve also developed severe asthma, two autoimmune diseases, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and severe allergies 😢. My pain is horrendous and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. No one believes me and tells me there is no way it hurts that bad. It’s worse after any surgery or injury or illness 😢

I have crps in my right shoulder and arm after having a major shoulder surgery and I can tell you, it's no joke. The worst pain you could ever feel. She's right it feels like your skin is on fire and you can't put it out.

I developed CRPS after I crushed my left arm and required many titanium plates and pins (surgery)...the pain consumes your life..the Mayo Clinic calls it "the su*cide disease" and when the pain is at its worst, the Mayo Clinic states that it is the worst pain

CRPS is one of the most excruciating types of pain I've ever had. A severe fx is what ignited by RSD (CRPS), and just like this young lady, you develop a very high pain tolerance due to the constant barrage of pain. And it's not just one Single type of pain, it may feel like ants crawling on you then they all sting at once, other times just a breeze blowing against your skin feels like you are being burned. Or you may feel super cold. We always have a low degree of pain, which to us may feel like a 2 or 3, but to others it would be a 6 or 7. I don't know her story but i sense there is a lot of heart break and turmoil.
